This tiny cottage on five perches of land in inner city Brisbane was once my home. After many years as a rental I oversaw its renovation and tasteful modernisation, styled it in keeping with the era, and photographed it for the advertising campaign. In my research on the property I uncovered a fascinating tale of colonial characters worthy of a film script, inspiring me to write and publish a 24-page booklet for the new owners. The innovative approach to marketing attracted media coverage.
